Location and house keeping.

The swivel chair made a squeaking sound. Replaced another one and made less sound.

Location/ breakfast / all staffs including maids, concierges and front desk.

A bit not so clean on the bathroom glass door edge. Though I would not like to change my towel, the hanging place is not proper. The edge of the glass door is not clean enough for me to hang my towel for longer day use.

The hotel has an excellent location near fine dining and luxury shopping. Our executive room was near the top floor and had views of the sunrise over the mountains, harbor, and much of the city. Bed was comfortable and things were extremely clean. The Concierge desk staff spoke English and had great recommendations for local places nearby for different kinds of dining.

There was nothing that I did not like. This was pretty much a perfect place to stay. I liked it so much, I extended our stay from three nights to five nights after we arrived.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Causeway Bay, very close to the MTR. We arrived very early from a long flight and they allowed us to use the gym facilities to freshen up. Then we could go on a walk about until our rooms were ready. The hotel staff were really friendly and efficient. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day, complimentary water and coffee pods daily as well. We would definitely stay there again!

I can't think of anything that was not good.

Location !Very convenient for tram / bus / mrt and good distance to food and shopping area : causeway bay.

My room is among the not-renovated ones on 8th floor. It’s very old especially knowing that some are renovated and new. Old carpet made the stay feel dull and not comfortable.Checking in on Dec31 is understandable to be hectic but for Marriott standards, more than 2 staffs should’ve been prepared!!

Cleaning staff were really friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and decent size. Breakfast buffet includes a really good variety.

Hotel location and people working there are excellent. The top bar view is gorgeous. Other then that, nothing inside my room is good including the washroom.

The comforter is thin and hard. Both pillows are high and hard. That two nights are difficult for me to have a good sleep. The advertising video at the front desk shows the hotel bedding can give a good sleep that is exaggerate.

Convenient location for shopping around in causeway bay, walking distance to MTR, mini buses

The hotel really needs a renovation in the room, furnitures and the bathroom shower head and drainage system are really old. The most disappointing part is there is no heater system in the room, only AC, need to request a plug in heater for early winter

Great service by concierge, at F&B outlets, and airport-hotel transfer services. Thanks to Level 26 conciege staff who are always warmly welcoming, special thanks to amazing Grace!

Water kettle in the room needed to be thoroughly washed - small tea leaves, but easily rinsed out.

Their Skye bar-restaurant is a top notch! The personal of this restaurant is another story. I really liked to my stay at this hotel, very nice one in Honk Kong.

We loved the cleanliness of the room, and the sleek/modern design. The view was great from our room.

An enclosed closet would be better than having the luggage out in the open. We got this room because of the view, but most of the time, the single pane glass of the window was fogged up from the air conditioner, so we were not able to see out. Having more seating in the lobby would be nice.

Spacious room and courteous staff! Steps to the Metro system and Malls! Also near the harbourfront. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom is very dated with moldy edges and caulking. Loud fan when turned on. Not enough new type C ports for travelers considering the plugs are UK-standard.

The location is very ideal and the staff were very helpful specially Florence who was very pleasant and helpful during our stay. Will surely stay here again if I am in Hongkong.

Decor in my room was a little tired and generic, no full length mirror except behind the bath - I would have appreciated one by the door or the wardrobe

I loved everything except the 'city view' room faced a side street and a rooftop - I was expecting a clear view of Victoria Park.

The pillows werent very comfortable and the bed was very hard. I requested some milk for the room to have with coffee as there was a coffe maker in the room, however i never got any.
